Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access or use the Wix application called Instagram Feed (the “App”).
 

1. Agreement to These Terms

When you use the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to follow them. If you do not accept them, you must not use the App.
 

2. What the App Does

The App is intended to link with your Instagram account so your Instagram content/feed can be retrieved and shown on your website.
 

3. Connecting an Instagram Account

The App supports connecting either a Business Instagram account or a Creator Instagram account.

4. Permitted Use

You may only use the App to connect your Instagram account, fetch your Instagram feed, and display that feed on your website.
 

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App and all related rights (including intellectual property rights) are owned by the App’s developers. You may not reproduce, alter, share, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App unless you have written permission from the developers.
 

6. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developers make no promises or warranties—express or implied—about the App’s performance, accuracy, reliability, or continued availability.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developers will not be responsible for any losses or damages (including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages) related to or arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

The developers may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are posted.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
